THE BRIEF
Capture aerial photographs of three Welsh ports showing the docking spaces, facilities, outward looking views, inward looking views and panoramas of the complete site, to be used in illustrating what can be offered to inbound cruise ships.
THE DETAILS
The biggest hurdle with this project was organising permissions to shoot in highly sensitive air space. Being a qualified drone operator and licensed by the CAA, I was able to complete all the necessary safety assessments in order to obtain the permissions required to make the flights possible. In general it is possible to organise shoots even in restricted airspace with enough time and planning.
